Our slide-out shelves are made custom for your space and therefore we do not allow returns. No cabinet is made the same and so you can see it would be difficult to re-home your slide-out shelf. Instead we allow an order to be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase before production has begun.

Yes! We warrant our product and install. The Shelf King will provide an agreement stating our warranty policy, which is of course included at no additional charge to you!

First off, we have very few warranty calls and we attribute that to our product quality and install technique. But if you need to utilize your warranty, simply reach out to us and we will get you on the schedule for a service visit. We typically like to discuss the issue via phone call ahead of time (and a picture or video always helps) that way we can ensure we bring the proper tools or parts to resolve the issue.

Absolutely! That’s part of our process. We’ve seen thousands of cabinets and will make recommendations based off your feedback, what you have stored in the spaces and our experience. But please understand we pride ourselves on honesty and will never try to upsell you or suggest a product for a space we don’t think will improve your storage/functionality. We treat you like family and make recommendations accordingly.

All Shelf King products are custom and made-to-order. We have no inventory available for quick sale. We make each order custom to your home’s needs/specs.

No, we embrace our natural birch coloring! We don’t offer painting or color matching and we don’t recommend our product be painted after install. Our slide-out shelves are sealed for water resistance purposes and this coating won’t respond correctly to paint/stains.
